Each landlord is looked after by a dedicated Property Manager who will be the main point of contact for both landlord and tenant, delivering peace of mind and taking the hassle of managing a rental property off the landlord’s hands.
Whether you found your own tenants privately or instructed a lettings agency to find them for you, we will work closely with you or the lettings agent to ensure a smooth handover, before handling the management of the property on your behalf. That includes administering all your legal and financial obligations for an efficient and seamless transition. Landlords can instruct us before, during, or even after a tenancy has completed.
